3 Servent of Borno Shehu's palaces were burnt to death in a car accident
The National Disaster Management Authority has confirmed that a car accident claimed the lives of three Shehus of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Umar Ibn Garbai El-kenmi, on the road from Maiduguri to Damaturu.
The Commanding Officer in Borno State, Utten Iki Boyi, told Daily Trust in Maiduguri on Tuesday morning that six people were involved in the accident that happened on Monday, but three were rescued and taken to a hospital in almost.
According to him, the incident happened near the Benisheik area when the car stalled and caught fire.
He said that they immediately sent their officers to the place where the incident happened, where three people were found burnt to the point of being unrecognizable.
However, he said that three people were rescued and taken to Beneshiek General Hospital for treatment.
