The family of the deceased said that he died this Friday morning at Al-Madina Hospital in GRA in Zaria after a long illness.
Alhaji Bako Zuntu, who spent 84 years in the world, was the main contractor and a famous consumer goods dealer in PZ Company.
He was born in Zuntu town of Kubau Local Government in Kaduna State, but he was a resident of Magume area in Jakun Hill, Zaria all his life.
Before his death, Alhaji Bako Zuntu, was a big farmer and a rich man who used his wealth to support the community.
He left behind two wives, 26 children, and many grandchildren.
Our correspondent reports that his funeral will be held at the Juma Mosque at the Nuhu Bamalli School of Science and Technology, opposite the Real Papers Printing Company, after the Juma prayer.
