 NDLEA's lawyers failed to bring evidence that would prove the crime of drug trafficking.

 Yesterday, Wednesday, which corresponds to 18-1-2023, there was a court session with DCP Abba Kyari and NDLEA, where our representative got confirmation of how this court session went.

 The lawyers of NDLEA failed to bring strong evidence to prove DCP Abba Kyari as a drug trafficker

 ALFIJIR HAUSA's representative confirmed that;  DCP Abba Kyari's lawyers requested the Court to dismiss the NDLEA case against DCP Abba Kyari.

 The judge accepted the complaint of DCP Abba Kyari's lawyers and set the date of the decision on their request to 22-3-2023.

 The issue of DCP Abba Kyari's bail application is before the Court of Appeal, we expect that they will decide on the bail soon.
