The Federal High Court in Jalingo in Taraba State has dismissed the case filed by David Sabo Kente who accused Sen. Emmanuel Bwacha and using other fake documents.
Kenten said, among the documents that Bwacha gave to the National Electoral Commission (INEC) that gave him the opportunity to stand as a candidate for the gubernatorial election under the APC party in Taraba state, there are fake documents.
