Who Is Ali Nuhu
Ali Nuhu is one of Nigeria’s most beloved actors and filmmakers. He is best known for his starring roles in the TV series “Gaskiya Ta Fi Kwabo” and “Dadin Kowa”, for which he won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 2016. His film credits include “Mansoor”, “Shaihu Umar”, “Baba Buhari”, “Kwana Casa’i”, “Katsina”, and many more.
Ali Nuhu is not just an actor; he is also a director, producer, and philanthropist. He founded the Ali Nuhu Foundation in 2012, which works to provide educational and economic opportunities to disadvantaged children and communities in northern Nigeria. He is also the founder of the Kannywood Film Festival, which promotes the growth of the film industry in the northern region of Nigeria.
