The APC candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu said that he had to rely on God to win the 2023 election because "only God can give him the whole kingdom".

The meeting which the section in charge of matters related to seeking support from stakeholders in the general campaign committee of the APC party convened in Abuja on Sunday focused on seeking the support of teachers and leaders. In his statement at the opening of the meeting, Mr. Jamilu Haidara said that the conference is a special invitation to Nigerians from different walks of life, like religious scholars from the North and the South. Sheikh Haidara inspired the meeting and encouraged the participants to get up and work to reach the goal. Until now, he also described the participants as patriots considering the role they play in the future of Nigeria.
The head of the department in charge of gathering stakeholders, Malam Nuhu Ribadu said, Tinubu has built enough good deeds from the time he was governor in Lagos until today, he has contributed to empowering/helping people across the country for a long time. He claims to have a good government under Democracy.
The Governor of Jigawa State, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar in his speech at the conference called on Nigerians to consider the history of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as a representative in the past and to discard the harsh criticism of the opposition. He also added that the candidate of the party has already announced his proposals that will bring progress in the country.
