 Reports from Sokoto state show that some people have started using CFA currency instead of Naira in their daily business activities.

 The information shows that most of the people who trade with CFA currency are those who deal with businessmen coming from the Republic of Niger.

 Ever since the difficulties of withdrawing the new Naira currency, some traders, especially those who conduct business between themselves and the people of Niger, have resorted to using the CFA currency as there are no large Naira currencies.

 Alhaji Rila is a businessman in the old market of Sokoto, and he said that new strategies are slowly emerging to find solutions, while the value of CFA is confused because of the new style that has been introduced.
