Deputy governor of Kano state and candidate for the governorship of the APC party, Dr. Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna expressed his good relationship with all the past governors of Kano state.

This was contained in a press release issued by Hassan Musa Fagge, Chief Information Secretary to the Deputy Governor of Kano State on Saturday.

"I have a good relationship with Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and other former Governors that I have worked with in previous administrations as the chairman of the local government, commissioner, and now as the Deputy Governor," Gawuna said

Gawuna disclosed this while discussing in a TVC program entitled "Countdown Nigeria Decides 2023".

He also pointed out that he does not allow any animosity or conflict between political parties but prioritizes Kano state before any interest.

The gubernatorial candidate of the APC party urged the people of Kano to consider the experience and credibility of the candidates as criteria while voting.

"I have the necessary skills in governance that put me above other governorship candidates". My body said.

He also stressed on granting autonomy to local governments in the state if he is elected as Governor.
