The new governor of the state, Dr Dikko Radda, has been called upon to help ensure that the National Hisbah Board of Katsina State is responsible for moving Katsina State forward.
This call came from the mouth of the new chairman of the hisbah commission in Katsina Alh, Muhammad Rabiu Garba (Aminchi) shortly after he was confirmed as the new commander of the commission in the state.
Muhammad Rabiu Garba said that the establishment of the Hisbah board in the state will greatly help in curbing the daily problems that are gaining ground in some parts of the state, therefore the state needs the same work that the board is doing in other states neighboring Katsina.
The new commander added that if God wills, they will introduce a project that will help the community and the Islamic religion across the state and the entire country.
Then the commission announced some of the changes in leadership as follows, The new commander of the commission in Katsina state, CH Muhammad Rabiu Garba as the head of the Katsina zonal command, then DCH Abdullahi Yusuf the deputy commander, ACH Muhammad Aminu Bello as secretary.
The others include CSH Mahdi Muhammad Rabiu as the commander of the discipline and CSH Abubakar Iliya as the Leader of Claims.
