The court arrested a person who defrauded people in the name of providing them with a job in MDD

The High Court in Kano state under Justice Hadzia Suleiman found one Ahmad Sultan Sardauna guilty of conspiring and producing forged documents and sentenced him to four years in a correctional facility.

The EFCC, which fights against those who sabotage the wealth of Nigeria, brought Sultan to court together with Emmanuel Tunde in November last year for forging documents in an attempt to defraud a Somali man of $4,661 in the name of applying for a job at the United Nations.

Emmanuel answered the accusation against him and the court found him guilty.

The Sultan refused to do what made the decision to stay.

However, in today's court session, Sultan confessed to the charges against him.
