The police have arrested thugs who use knives to harm people in Kano
In the northwest of Nigeria, the Kano State Police Force has arrested some people they think used knives to attack people in the city of Kano.
People who have been hurt by the gangsters' actions have said that the accused people do their crimes on busy streets and in public places.
Even though there was a problem with security, Kano, the business center of northern Nigeria, was quiet until a group of people with knives showed up.
Channel TV said that people died because of what the bandits did when they attacked and destroyed the town, and those who lived are also in a lot of pain.
The Anti-Daba Police caught the bad guys because they are known for taking advantage of people in busy places during the day.
SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, who is in charge of public relations for the police, asked the public to help the police find the other people in the city who are in gangs.
