We are ready to rescue Nigerians stuck in Sudan for free - Air Peace

The CEO of Air Peace in Nigeria, Allen Onyema, said that the company is ready to bring back Nigerians who are stuck in Sudan for free, while the fighting between the country's security forces continues to heat up in Khartoum.

Sudan has been in conflict since April 15 as the country's main security forces are fighting each other in their efforts to take control of Khartoum, the capital of the country, and the Darfur region.

Mr. Onyema said his company is ready to help, because according to him, Nigeria will not want to lose a single person from among its citizens in Sudan.

He added that he wants to help save Nigerians who are stuck in Sudan, to return them to the country in peace.

While the conflict has caused the death of at least 400 people, countries such as the United States, Germany, France and the Netherlands have already started evacuating their citizens.

Nigerian students in Sudan have already started calling for their evacuation from the country as a result of the ongoing conflict in the country.
