Governor Ganduje still hasn't fulfilled his promise of a house with 3 million

 Aisha Abubakar, the second runner-up in the International Qur'an Recitation Competition from Kano State, said that the promise made by the Governor of Kano State, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, of 3 million naira and a house has not been fulfilled.

 But she said she is fighting for the governor to fulfill her promise of 3 million naira and a house gift.
