Buhari's cattle have dwindled because of his many gifts - Garba Shehu

Malam Garba Shehu, a spokesman for the previous president of Nigeria, said that Muhammadu Buhari's wealth has not grown in the eight years since he left office.

Shehu said that this is clear from the form he filled out and sent to the Agency in charge of figuring out the value of assets.

Shehu says that the information that has come out shows that Buhari's assets have not grown, either in Nigeria or elsewhere, and that he has not opened any new bank accounts in addition to the one he already has at Union Bank in Kaduna.

"He didn't take out a loan, so he doesn't owe anyone anything. "In the last four years, he has given away some of the animals on his farm," Shehu said in a message he shared on his Twitter page on Saturday.

All elected government officials must use the asset declaration form to list their assets and debts during their term and at the end of their term.
