Instructions for CSF Applications

Every semester, applications for the CSF Honor Society are accepted based on high school grades from the previous semester.

For Fall Membership, turn in applications to the Student Services North office by 3:00 PM on September 30; for Spring Membeklrship, turn them in by February 28.

The CSF website can be accessed here. The dues are $5.00 per semester. You can pay online or in person at the treasurer's window.

NOTE: If a report card is not attached and the fee is not paid online, the application will not be processed.

There is no acceptance of late applications. The onus is on the student to submit a completed, signed, and paid application.

Accepted applications for spring are February 1–28.  Nothing Exempted!

Seniors who have been contacted are the only ones who can submit an application for Spring membership.
