The Ghanaian army has denied that a war theme used in a movie called 'Game of Throne' was played to welcome the West African security chiefs who are currently running.

A similar video posted by Ghana Television on social media was later removed.

According to the officers of the Ghanaian army, no such title was raised during the honor parade held to open the two-day conference on how the Ecowas military forces will approach Niger.

The security chiefs went to Ghana to finalize their preparations for the possibility of sending the occupying forces to Niger following the coup d'état last month.

Ecowas has threatened to use military force to restore governance in Niger, as long as the diplomatic method fails.

There is a fear that more instability could lead to a security breach in the Republic of Niger.
