The President of the United States, Joe Biden, called on the countries of the United Nations to stand up against what he described as "war crimes" from Russia.

According to him, ensuring the independence of each country and protecting human rights is the main point of the provisions in the draft of the United Nations.

Joe Biden was speaking as part of the annual United Nations General Assembly in New York City.

In the second year in a row, he said, this meeting was darkened by the shadow of this war, which Russia caused without stopping.

"Russia believes that the world will show tiredness, and the world will let Russia oppress Ukraine, not without mercy.

But I ask you this:

If we leave these core principles of the United Nations Draft to the adversary, will any country, a representative of this council, be confident that it has a secure security?

If we let a part of Ukraine be divided, or the freedom of any country, will it be safe?

Biden said no.

"That's why the United States and our allies around the world will continue to support the brave people of Ukraine as they defend their sovereignty and territorial integrity — and their freedom."
