It has been settled between the governor of Kano state and the president of Hisbah Aminu Daurawa
The chairman of the Hisbah board in Kano state in the north of Nigeria, Sheikh Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa, has agreed to return to his post after reaching an understanding with the state governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf.
This follows a meeting between the governor and Sheikh Daurawa, along with other prominent people on Monday night.
Earlier, reports confirmed that the Kano government has been taking steps to ensure this reconciliation since the conflict.
A source close to the matter said that the speaker of the Kano state assembly, Jibril Falgore and the chief imam of the mosque in the capital city of Nigeria, Abuja, Sheikh Ibrahim Maqari, were among those who were sent by the state government to arrest the teacher, after sending a team of force from the Teachers' Union Hall to press the teacher's chest.

The governor of Kano state, Abba Kabir Yusuf has criticized the Hisbah board for its operation under its 'Operation kau da Badala' program to change the behavior of the people of the state.
Following this, Daurawa announced his resignation less than 24 hours after the governor's public comments.
The representative of RFI Hausa in Kano state reported that this Tuesday it is expected to escort the prominent Islamic scholar to his office, following this reconciliation.
