Laide Bakare apologises for his daughter's clubbing Saga, saying, "It was a slip of tongue."

Bakare had previously received criticism on the internet after a video of her claiming to have given her daughter alcohol and taken her out clubbing appeared.
The actress explained that she never offered her kid alcohol in a recent video posted on her Instagram page, calling her previous remark a "slip of tongue."
Due to the charges that I introduced alcohol to my adolescent daughter, Similoluwa, I have been unable to focus since the morning. Since then, my phone has been buzzing. She does not consume alcohol and is a minor. Bakare remarked, "I took her to the club, but without any alcohol."
The actress apologised for the confusion and noted that she was unaware that she had mentioned giving her daughter alcohol during the interview. "I was unaware that I had mentioned giving her booze throughout the interview. It was a verbal blunder. I apologise to Simi and the parents who think I made a mistake with that step. I take my time doing interviews because of this. "I apologise for the error," she stated.
