The court acquitted Trump to allow him to participate in the primaries

The Michigan Supreme Court said it will not hear the lawsuit filed by four people in the state seeking to prevent the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, from participating in the Republican primary election on February 27, because of his role who participated in the attack on the National Assembly on January 6, 2021.

in the list of candidates for the presidency under the Republican Party in 2024, he cannot be the president under a provision of the US Constitution that prohibits people from holding office if they are found to be warm to the rebels attention to the stability of the United States.

Trump, in a message published on his True Social page, said that the court denied what he called an attempt by the Democrats to ban him from voting in Michigan.

The Michigan ruling is different from the Colorado Supreme Court's decision last week to bar Trump from running for office, where Trump has vowed to appeal the Colorado ruling to the US Supreme Court.

Trump has been accused of playing a role in the coup attempt in the 2020 election but has not been charged with sedition, related to the January 6 attack.

The decision of the Supreme Court of the United States can resolve the complex issue that can explain the eligibility of Trump or otherwise across the country to run for the 2024 election.
