The Governor of Bauchi Hired 1,683 New Employees
Bala Muhammad, the governor of Bauchi State, began his second term by hiring 1,684 new people to work in different parts of government.
This is part of the plan to make up for the lack of workers in some government offices, sectors, and other parts.
Alhaji Yahuza Adamu Haruna, the Chairman of Bauchi State Staff, spoke to the media about this issue. He said that more than 1,000 people from the staff were hired in the education sector to fix the problems in education in the state.
He said that some of the hired teachers teach important topics like English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). All of these things have to do with education, and he also said that the governor has given his approval to hire 154 more teachers at the Aminu Saleh College of Education in Azare.
If you remember, when Bala Muhammad was sworn in for the second time as governor of Bauchi state, he said in his speech that the state had removed restrictions on jobs to give the rightful youth a full chance to come in. The way government work is managed, this means that hiring new workers will start soon.
Yahuza said that the Bala Muhammad state government is committed to doing good work for the good of the people and the growth of Bauchi state.
He was quoted as saying, "Governor Bala Muhammad has slowly agreed to start hiring people." He has committed to filling the Ministry of Education and other government agencies with a total of one thousand new employees.
"In the field of agriculture, the governor has agreed to hire workers in order to solve the problem of a lack of agricultural teachers."
The governor swiftly agreed to hire the workers after he stated his intention to do so in his inaugural address, and it is expected that he will soon hire other people. I commend him for doing this since it is a very admirable act on his part.
Next, he cautioned those who were looking for work not to give anyone the opportunity to pressure them into giving up something in exchange for a job. Please assist us in providing financial support to anyone needs it so that they can look after themselves. In the courtroom, he was quoted as having remarked, "If you have a job, hurry up and take care of us, or we will take action against everyone."
The chief of staff gave a list of the new employees hired by the governor. The Ministry of Education got 1,000 new workers, the Ministry of Agriculture got 44, the Department of Agricultural Development (BSADP) got 206, the Ministry of Agricultural Production and Distribution (BASADA) got 90 new officers, the Ministry of Women and Child Development got 70 new workers, Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare got 154 new workers, and the Shari'a Court of Appeal got 120 new workers.
Then, he told the new workers to work with the state government to help Bauchi state's work move forward.
