The 2023–2024 Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships are now available. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to study for a master's degree in a low-income, middle-income country with a low-income population, and the opportunity to do so in a way that benefits the community.

The scholarships offer a once-in-a-lifetime chance to go to a different country and culture, widen perspectives, and create a global network that will last a lifetime. They are targeted at students who are devoted to making a difference in their communities.

Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholars work to effect positive change and find solutions to the problems we all confront via academic collaboration and cross-cultural interchange, both in their home countries and those that host them. Scholars will actively participate in shaping the Commonwealth network's future.

Entry submissions must be received by January 10, 2023.

Eligibility for Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships

The term "citizenship" refers to a person's ability to participate in a given activity.

2. Those who wish to apply for a QECS award must do so in a nation other than their country of residence or citizenship.

3. There is no maximum age to qualify for a QECS Award.

4. At the time of application, you must have already earned your degree and graduated with the equivalent of a 2:1. You will be required to submit a copy of your final transcript and degree certificate as part of the application process.

5. Only nations with low and moderate incomes host the QECS awards. As a result, neither Australia nor the UK nor Canada will host these awards.
